Online Appointment Booking & Scheduling For Facebook

We use Facebook for everything these days, from keeping in touch with friends and family to job hunting and organizing special events. One of the main strengths of Facebook is that just about everyone seems to be on it for one reason or another.

This makes it easy to network and connect with people over a wide range of subjects. Even before Facebook launched workspace, people were regularly using Facebook in order to enhance the reach of their business and develop new opportunities. But what happens when you actually want to arrange a time to talk in person? Well, there are two ways of going about it. Option A: start a new round of “instant message tag”. Option B: just send a Cal.com link. If you haven't heard, Cal.com is an online scheduling platform that integrates with your already existing digital calendars and is both privacy-friendly and open source.

The question now is how are you going to incorporate Cal.com as part of your Facebook communication strategy? Is it going to be difficult? No, using Cal is super simple.

First, start by adding your Cal.com to your Facebook profile.

How To Add Cal.com To Your Facebook Profile

  • Login to Facebook
  • Select edit profile
  • Scroll down
  • Select edit your about info
  • Select contact and basic info
  • Select add a website
  • Paste or type your cal.com link
  • Finally, select save.

Now that you added Cal to your Facebook profile, all you have to do is share your Cal.com link with the people you know. The easiest way to do that is to add a little message to your Facebook bio or to just notify people via messenger when trying to arrange in-person or virtual meetups. I know that sometimes it can be a little bit difficult figuring out the right way to word things. So here are two examples of how you can share your Cal.com link.

Facebook Messenger Example.

"Hey (Name), let's book a time to speak in detail. It's probably easiest if we use Cal.com. Here's my link cal.com/myusername. Please feel free to choose the date and time that's best for you."

Facebook Bio Section Example.

"Has it been ages since we talked? Let's reconnect at cal.com/myusername."

Using Cal.com with Facebook is simple and easy; Facebook connects people, and Cal helps people find time for those connections. Sign up for a 14-day free trial of Cal.com
